Lettings

 

 

There are a few letting slots available in the hall for new groups or events. Some of the occasions we have hosted are shown in Past Occasions. An idea of availability can be gained by looking at the current accommodation commitments shown in Our Activities. For more information, please contact Jackie Hall on 0151 632 2152.

 

The main accommodation consists of two halls:

 

The Main Hall

 

 

It has capacity for 100 seated theatre style or 80 seated with tables

and can be used as a large exhibition area.  It has a stage with excellent

Conservatory Aisle

 

sound and lighting facilities and also has a wide-screen film unit. At the rear is an adjacent food preparation area.

Running along one side is an aisle conservatory which usually contains refreshment tables but can be closed off from the Large Hall.

 

The Small Hall

 

 

It has capacity for meetings of up to 25 and can be used as a small exhibition area. It can also be used as a theatre dressing area with access directly to the side of the stage.

 

 

The Building

 

 

The building also has a food preparation area with washing and limited cooking facilities which is connected to the Main Hall. Full disabled access is available to all parts of the building –  access to the building is through the Small Hall. A disabled toilet is available.

 

We have Buildings and Liability Insurance, Fire Certificate, Fire Protection Certificate, Gaming and Lotteries Licence and a Public Entertainment Licence (now Premises Licence).

 

Our lettings are very important to us. They earn the income needed to keep the Hall open. (This is the cost of lighting, heating, insurance and water rates.) Thank you to all our patrons and supporters.
